Tradetime Limited is a website based system which provides the opportunity for clients to list an asset or assets as trades.

Our main focus is on the various categories of property but we will also list selected cars, boats, businesses and other significant assets.

There is no charge to have your assets show-cased on the Tradetime website - we will only charge you a sales fee (commission) upon successfully negotiating a sales contract on your behalf.

Tradetime Limited is owned and operated by Greg Clinch, who has 30 years experience in the property field encompassing residential and commercial development, project management and sales and leasing. With an extensive network of contacts throughout the property industry Greg is able to source  listings from clients throughout New Zealand.

 Another trading specialist at Tradetime is John May.

Starting out in property in the early 1980’s John bought and sold many properties before progressing on to contract building and property development.  Through the 1990’s he accumulated his own property portfolio in Auckland and the Waikato; most contained a trade component.  John was a Board Member and Vice President of the Auckland Property Investors’ Association (APIA) for several years.  He was instrumental in reforming APIA and introducing education to its members.

John has accumulated experience in commercial, industrial, residential investments (i.e. blocks of flats).  Many of the deals that he has put together over the years have involved creative and lateral trade transactions that benefitted all parties (including alternative funding mediums such as Bartercard).
