About Us
Tradetime Limited is a website based system which provides the opportunity for clients to list an asset or assets as trades.
Our main focus is on the various categories of property but we will also list selected cars, boats, businesses and other significant assets.
There is no charge to have your assets show-cased on the Tradetime website - we will only charge you a sales fee (commission) upon successfully negotiating a sales contract on your behalf.
Tradetime Limited is owned and operated by Greg Clinch, who has 30 years experience in the property field encompassing residential and commercial development, project management and sales and leasing. With an extensive network of contacts throughout the property industry Greg is able to source listings from clients throughout New Zealand.
Tradetime operates in conjunction with Astute Real Estate Limited (Licensed Agent REAA 2008) and complies with all relevant legislation including the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. Greg is an affiliate member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
